The food menu disappointing. The lady on our roulette table didn’t give us enough time to allow us to put our chips on. Not a friendly atmosphere compared to other grosvenor casinos. Such a shame.

Plenty of food and drink options available. The merchandise is very expensive to buy. Easily accessible from park & ride with regular buses on match days. Would definitely go back and watch more matches in the future.

Due to his poor complaints handling we requested he left notes on our check out invoice so that we could show this with a formal complaint that I could email to the hotel. Mark advised he had done this and he placed the invoice inside a sealed envelope. I opened the envelope and to my disbelief there were no additional notes of the complaint we raised. I would not usually leave such a review but the experience I faced was disgusting and I was made to feel at blame by Mark and feel I gave pelo choice having had no reply or acknowledgement to my formal complaint and believe others should be aware of this awful stay. Avoid this hotel.

Fantastic experience for the whole family's good arrangements for food and seating. Parking can always be better, however for disabled users they do have parking closers to the even sitio and easy access.
I guess prices are typical of venues nowadays. Ticket price was high but you do get a full days entertainment so better value than say a premiership football match.

The breakfast buffet had everything you would expect. So all in all a really good stay. The only downside is that there's only the option of a double bed and not two single beds, but still we would love to come again.
Worst place ever travel up and down country for work me and my partner love genting but this one in particular lets them down the staff are straight up rude and unprofessional especially the manger, wanted to change my food order and got told I was an idiot then for me to go to the casino manager and get told that he doesn’t want a conversation with me and that his staff wouldn’t do that, after that we were made to feel uncomfortable as they all congregate,laugh, glare and talk about us all for such a simple request.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a convenient location and offers excellent access to the city's popular attractions. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with the staff being friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any queries or requests. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with modern amenities, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
